Is there a Lotus365 iOS app on the App Store?

1. Open Safari to the right domain

Start from lotus365.app or a link the agent sent you. If the domain in the address bar is wrong, do not log in.

2. Get your ID on WhatsApp if needed

Message us or use get-id so you are not pasting passwords on a phish site.

3. Add to Home Screen

Tap the Share icon (square and arrow) → Add to Home Screen → set a clear name (e.g. Lotus365) → Add. Use this icon for day-to-day access.

4. Stale icon or old cache?

Remove the home screen icon, clear Safari Website Data for our host, re-open the official URL, and add again. Then see troubleshooting if needed.
