- Full restart the phone (not just lock screen). Clears half of stuck webviews.
- Check storage: under ~500 MB free, updates and cache fail silently. Delete large videos or cache from other apps, then try again.
- Correct date & time (Set automatically = On). Wrong clock breaks secure connections.
- Password typing: type manually. Paste often adds a trailing space. Caps Lock off. Numbers lock on if your password uses symbols row.
- One network test: switch Wi-Fi → LTE or the reverse. If only one path fails, it is usually routing, not the app binary.
- DNS / ISP: on Wi-Fi, set DNS temporarily to 8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1 and retest. Some ISPs intermittently block gambling-related hosts—legal VPNs are not required for our official link, but avoid shady free VPNs on OTP screens.
- Reinstall from official only: uninstall a suspicious build, then use our APK or the iOS path on Install on iPhone.
- Clear cache (Android: App info → Storage → Clear cache; iOS: Safari website data for our domain, then re-add home icon if needed).
- Update OS: very old WebView on Android can break login forms—install system updates.
- Still broken? Screenshot the exact error, note your model + OS version, and message WhatsApp—we will verify whether you are on a fake build.
